Royal Visit – Celebrating 30 Years

Celebrating 30 years of British Manufacturing 1983-2013

In March 2013, we celebrated 30 years of British manufacturing with a Royal visit by His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh, K.G., K.T.
Staff, customers, key suppliers and guests all arrived early, ready for HRH who arrived at 10:00.
The morning ended with presentations to two of our staff having reached 25 years of service, a speech by Neil Owen (MD), and HRH opening a plaque to commemorate our 30 years.
HRH toured the factory viewing off line set up, SMD lines, TH assembly, X Ray, AOI, final inspection, Test, and final assembly. In addition some of our customers had set up displays of finished units for HRH to see.

“30 years in business is a significant milestone for any business but especially so for a company assembling electronic goods in the UK. We have come through 2 recessions and seen many competitors disappear.

We believe strongly that by providing the right service and by investing in both people and equipment we can continue to grow and provide employment opportunities for generations to come.

This is a great opportunity for us to celebrate and wave the flag for British Manufacturing.” Neil Owen. MD.
