Investing for the future with new machinery

On Wednesday 21st October 2020, after days of Autumnal sunshine, torrential rain fell in Windsor courtesy of Storm Barbara.  This was the day that NOTE Windsor’s Engineering team took delivery of three Siemens Siplace SMT machines, investing for the future – they braved the elements for several hours to unload the machines from the lorry and carefully manoeuvre them into the factory.

This is a significant investment in capital equipment and will ensure that NOTE Windsor has the correct capacity and capabilities to meet their growth strategy.  The major benefits of upgrading the Siemens Siplace SMT line to digital machines from the analogue machines, is that the machines are more modern, reliable and repeatable.

The machines came from NOTE’s site in Torsby, Sweden who are undergoing an expansion of their plant and were looking to repurpose the machines.
