0201 / 0402
Our equipment and processes are
qualified down to 0201 size components. The majority of our
placements are still at the 0402 / 0603 level and we are not seeing
much customer demand for 0201 yet.
However as mentioned elsewhere we
always strive to be at least one step ahead and have therefore
qualified surface mount placement, along with all the other steps
in the process including inspection and test, for the assembly
of these tiny parts.

We have produced a number of coasters with our logo made up
entirely of 0201 components with the challenge of you guessing
how many are fitted.
The correct answer is 671.
