There will always be a need for some hand soldering on low volume, high mix work. Although we use automation as much as possible in some instances hand soldering is the only process that will do the job.
Surpassing IPC Standards…
Our hand soldering team is trained to work to IPC levels 2 & 3 with an emphasis on always aiming to over achieve the levels of quality within the necessary time frame regardless of lower level requirements.
Avoid Common Problems…
Our many years of experience give us the capability to understand common problems with hand soldering and how these can be avoided. For example, we only use calibrated and temperature controlled irons which prevent overheating fluxes and joints.
