Speedboard Invest in new Front End Software

We are pleased to announce a major investment in a new software suite to handle customer data and create machine programs, work instructions etc.

The Aegis Circuit Cam software is specifically designed for electronics assembly companies.  However, the real benefit for CEMs comes from working with customers such that we get the correct file exported from your CAD system.  With the correct file we can import your PCB data and create our manufacturing information much more easily and with greatly reduced opportunity for error. 

The outputs from the system also link directly to our Siemens SiPlace programming stations and to our Contax semi-auto TH inserters.

In addition the manufacturing pack that we now produce is improved by giving our shopfloor much clearer and more detailed build information.
