PCB Panelisation

With the size of most typical PCBs it is possible and desirable to populate more than one PCB at a time by having them fabricated in a panel consisting of more than one PCB.

The benefits of panelling the PCB's for assembly are usually greater than any saving made by having individual PCB's and we will be able to advise on this. We have considerable experience and expertise at PCB panelisation and is a task we will gladly perform for our customers prior to getting PCB quotations.

We also have considerable experience of designing "combi" panels where the panel is made up of different PCB's that are used in the same final assembly and can therefore benefit from being built together. This will usually result in both lower PCB and Assembly costs but will incur higher one off charges for tooling and programming.
