Whilst our core skill is the assembly of PCB's and Final Product, we have also gained a vast amount of experience and knowledge of all the design related issues in producing a successful product.

We share this knowledge with you in a number of ways - such as

• Specific design related projects undertaken by ourselves or our design partners
• Critical evaluation of your designs / plans with respect to design for manufacture (DMT), design for test (DFT), cost reduction etc
• Critical evaluation and feedback through-out the prototype stages
• Feedback during our detailed NPI process
• Continuous feedback / improvement during production

There are many aspects to the reviews - ease of manufacture, reliability, component availability, test cover / cost of test.
